Online Notary

Remote online notarization, also known as RON, allows you to have certain documents notarized online through a secure video session with a commissioned Florida online notary. Instead of meeting in person, you verify your identity, meet with the notary by video, electronically sign your document, and receive a digitally notarized copy.

Our remote online notarization service is $25 per notarized stamp. Additional fees may apply for extra signers, witnesses, rush appointments, or after-hours appointments. Payment is due when your online notary appointment is booked, and any additional signers or witnesses must be paid before the online session begins.

For an online notary appointment, you will need a valid government-issued photo ID, access to a device with a camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, and the document you need notarized. Before the session, you may also be required to complete a secure identity verification process through the approved online notary platform.

The online notarization process is simple. First, you schedule your appointment. Next, you verify your identity through a secure platform using your government-issued photo ID. Then, you join a live video call with the online notary, electronically sign your document, and receive a secure PDF copy of your notarized document after the session.
