- Authentication assistance

Miami Notary Apostille is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our services are administrative and document-support related only.
2. Not Legal Advice
Miami Notary Apostille does not provide legal advice, legal representation, legal opinions, or legal document strategy. Nothing on this website, in our communications, or in our services should be interpreted as legal advice.
We cannot advise you regarding your legal rights, legal obligations, the legal effect of a document, or whether a document is appropriate for your specific situation. If you have legal questions, you should consult a licensed attorney.
3. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. You are also responsible for ensuring that the documents you provide are authentic, properly completed, and acceptable for their intended use.
Miami Notary Apostille is not responsible for delays, rejections, errors, additional fees, or unsuccessful outcomes caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by you
- Missing signatures, initials, pages, attachments, or required documents
- Documents that are not eligible for notarization, apostille, or authentication
- Government agency processing delays
- Incorrect destination country requirements
- Third-party shipping or courier delays
- Errors by government agencies, couriers, translators, or third-party service providers
- Changes in apostille, authentication, notary, or document acceptance requirements
- Failure by you to respond to requests for additional information or documents
4. Apostille and Authentication Services
Apostille and authentication requirements vary depending on the type of document, the issuing authority, and the country where the document will be used.
We may assist with reviewing, handling, submitting, or coordinating documents for apostille or authentication. However, we cannot guarantee that a government agency, foreign authority, school, employer, consulate, embassy, immigration office, court, or other receiving party will accept your document.
Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Government offices, state agencies, federal agencies, couriers, and third-party providers may experience delays beyond our control.
5. Notary Services
For notarization services, valid identification may be required. The signer must be willing, competent, and physically or electronically present as required by applicable notary procedures.
We reserve the right to refuse notary services if:
- The signer cannot provide acceptable identification
- The signer appears unwilling, confused, coerced, impaired, or unable to understand the transaction
- The document is incomplete
- The request appears fraudulent, improper, unlawful, or suspicious
- The notarization does not comply with applicable notary requirements
- The signer is not properly present for the notarization
Notarization does not confirm the truthfulness, accuracy, legality, or validity of the contents of a document. A notarization generally confirms the identity of the signer and the notarial act performed.
6. Online Notary Services
If online notary services are offered, the signer may be required to complete identity verification, credential analysis, audio-video communication, and other security steps required by the online notarization platform or applicable notary procedures.
Online notarization may not be available for every document, signer, location, or situation. We reserve the right to determine whether a document is eligible for online notarization.
You are responsible for having a working internet connection, compatible device, valid identification, and any required technology needed to complete the online notarization.
7. Fees and Payment
All fees must be paid as agreed before services are completed, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Fees may include notary fees, apostille service fees, administrative fees, courier fees, shipping fees, government filing or processing fees, translation fees, and any other third-party costs related to your request.
Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once you have paid for a specific service, the price for that paid service will not change unless you request additional services or additional fees are required by a third party or government agency.
8. Refund Policy
Because our services often involve time-sensitive work, document review, administrative processing, appointment scheduling, government submissions, and third-party costs, fees may be non-refundable once work has started.
Refunds are not guaranteed and may be denied if:
- We have already begun reviewing, preparing, notarizing, submitting, mailing, shipping, or processing your documents
- A government agency, courier, translator, payment processor, or third party has already charged a fee
- Your document is rejected due to incorrect, incomplete, or ineligible information provided by you
- You fail to attend a scheduled appointment
- You cancel after work has started
- You change your mind after work has started
- You fail to provide required documents, identification, signatures, or information
- The receiving agency, foreign authority, school, employer, embassy, consulate, or other institution does not accept your document
If a refund is approved, it may be reduced by any work already performed, administrative time, transaction fees, third-party fees, mailing costs, shipping costs, government fees, or other costs incurred.
9. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments may be required for certain services. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
Missed appointments, late cancellations, or failure to provide required documents or identification may result in additional fees or forfeiture of your appointment fee.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to availability, technical issues, emergency circumstances, staffing, document issues, or other business-related reasons.
10. Processing Times
Any processing times listed on our website or provided by our team are estimates only. We do our best to complete services promptly, but we cannot guarantee exact completion dates.
Processing times may be affected by:
- Government agency backlogs
- Incomplete or incorrect documents
- Shipping or courier delays
- Holidays or office closures
- Third-party vendor delays
- Additional review requirements
- Country-specific document requirements
- Customer delays in providing information, payment, documents, or signatures
Miami Notary Apostille is not responsible for losses, missed deadlines, travel issues, immigration issues, school issues, employment delays, business delays, financial losses, or other damages caused by processing delays.
11. Shipping, Mailing, and Document Delivery
If shipping, mailing, courier, or delivery services are requested, we may use third-party providers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, local couriers, or similar companies.
Once documents are transferred to a shipping, mailing, or delivery provider, Miami Notary Apostille is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, misdelivery, tracking issues, or delivery errors caused by the carrier.
You are responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Additional fees may apply if documents must be re-shipped due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address.
12. Document Rejection or Non-Acceptance
We do our best to assist customers with notary, apostille, authentication, and document-related needs. However, we do not guarantee that any document will be accepted by a government agency, foreign country, school, employer, court, embassy, consulate, immigration office, or other receiving party.
Document acceptance is ultimately determined by the receiving agency, institution, or authority.
13. Customer Communications
By contacting us, submitting a form, booking an appointment, making a payment, or purchasing a service, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, email, or other communication methods regarding your service request.
You are responsible for monitoring your phone, email, and messages for updates, document requests, appointment details, payment requests, shipping information, or additional instructions.
Failure to respond to our communications may delay your service.
14. Text Messages and Electronic Communications
You agree that Miami Notary Apostille may send you service-related text messages, emails, or phone calls regarding your request. These may include appointment reminders, document requests, payment reminders, status updates, and follow-up communications.
Message and data rates may apply. You may request that we stop sending non-essential communications, but we may still need to contact you regarding active services you have requested.
15. Website Use
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized purpose. You also agree not to attempt to interfere with the website’s functionality, security, availability, forms, payment systems, or communication systems.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.

17. Third-Party Services
We may use or recommend third-party providers, including shipping companies, translators, government agencies, online notary platforms, payment processors, courier services, or other service providers.
We are not responsible for the acts, errors, delays, fees, policies, omissions, or outcomes of any third-party provider.
18. Payment Processors
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to comply with the applicable terms and policies of the payment processor.
Miami Notary Apostille is not responsible for payment processor delays, declined transactions, payment holds, chargeback decisions, processing errors, or fees charged by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
19. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe there is an issue with a charge, you agree to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the matter.
Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute after services have been provided, documents have been processed, or third-party fees have been incurred may result in suspension of services, cancellation of pending work, and collection of any unpaid amounts owed.
20. No Guarantee of Outcome
Miami Notary Apostille does not guarantee any specific result, approval, acceptance, processing time, delivery date, or outcome. We provide document-support services based on the information and documents provided to us.
